I purchased a new custom Bolt in March of 2023. When the car finally came into Saline Chevrolet (August 2023) nobody reached out to me through my preferred contact method (email). I intentionally make sure to have all communication like this captured in writing. I reached out on numerous occasions to see where the vehicle was since the app/chat function on Chevy’s website was telling me the car was produced and that my dealer would contact me.

Since the ownership change I have been in for service twice and have left very disappointed both times. First time in for service with my personal vehicle the service mgr and son service advisor who was helping me quit and walked out while my vehicle was being worked on which delayed my time there waiting. I took another vehicle in a few weeks ago which was my neighbors. Located about 70 miles from where I live. Referred by Costco Auto Program. The sum total of our interaction was an invitation to drive 150 miles to take a test drive! Beyond pitiful!!
Paid $133 for a diagnostic that they knew was probably wrong. Was sold significant service off a bad diagnosis. I have filed a complaint with the state.
Lacey Parker is the absolute best. Very thorough and won’t let you leave until you are completely satisfied. This is the reason I have purchased three cars in two months.

If you’re going to purchase a car, get service on your car, or anything else related to cars: don’t waste your time coming here. Suburban Chevrolet off Jackson Rd. In Ann Arbor is 100 times better. Even if you are local to saline, the 20 min drive to Suburban Chevrolet is totally worth it.

Wow! Truly amazing experience. I have no credit, no cosigner's, and have filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy in the past. They still financed me and now I'm a proud owner of a 2018 Chevy Trax AWD with 36k miles, Kevin Kelsey was my sales consultant and I'm sure glad he was, such a likeable guy and made me feel really comfortable about my situation.
